They are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle, with a significant focus on new business development, candidate sourcing, and client management. Their business thrives on building strong relationships through networking, and you’ll get the chance to attend trade shows in the US and Europe to expand their client base.

What You’ll Do:

Headhunt and recruit talent within this niche market, primarily at middle-management level.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across the US and EU.
Proactively bring in new business, using your skills to identify and approach potential clients.
Collaborate with a dynamic team in a modern office with flexible working hours tailored to US markets.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident and ambitious individual with a proven track record of generating new business (it is essential that you can prove this)
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and email writing skills.
Sales or customer service experience
While recruitment experience is not essential, a solid sales mentality and the drive to succeed are vital.
