Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of the Retail Sales Assistant - Tiles & Bathroom will involve:

Retail Sales Assistant position selling a range of tiles & tiling systems as well as a range of bathroom suits and accessories such as baths, showers, shower enclosures, sanitryware & bathroom furniture
Primarily you will be dealing retail end users however you will also be selling into the trade: architects/interior designers, contractors & developers
Greet customers as they enter and build relationships to understand their needs
Pro-actively follow up with customers in respect of any designs or quotes produced
Offer design support depending on customer requirements
Assist on the trade counter as needed

The ideal applicant will be a Retail Sales Assistant - Tiles & Bathroom with:

Must have retail sales experience in the interiors market sector
Ideally you will have experience within the bathrooms or tiling sectors
Experience with design software such as CAD or Virtual Worlds highly beneficial
Exceptional customer service skills
Personable, presentable, sales driven individual

Excellent written and verbal communication
Great time management & organisational skills
