You will be joining a market leader in the plumbing/heating industry where quality products and top tier customer service is the key to success.

As Trade counter manager you will lead your team by example and have a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for

  • Trade counter sales - Meet and greet customers. Provide swift and first class customer service/experience.
  • Actively develop new business opportunities by upselling and advising on special offers.
  • Develop long term relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Encourage new business and sales growth from trade customers, corporate buyers and DIY/self builders.
  • Preparing, sending out and following up on quotes.
  • Being pro-active with sales calls.
  • Flexible to assist in other areas of the branch during busy and holiday periods.
  • Compliance - maintain company policies, procedures, and standards.
