Information:

As a Registered Manager, you will manage a children's residential care home that specialises in support for children and young people with EBD.

The home is a 4 bedded children's home, rated GOOD by Ofsted.

The service is based in Preston.

You will be responsible for the safe running and management of staff, within a children's residential care home, ensuring that all young people have bespoke care plans and are safe and supported, 24/7.

Pay: Up to 60,000

  • Package up to 59,500
  • Up to 45,000, + 14,500 in bonuses
  • 7,500 welcome bonus
  • Up to 5,000 OFSTED rating bonus
  • 1,000 qualification bonus
  • 1,000 occupancy bonus


Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5, + on calls
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Duties:

  • Work with the RI to manage children's residential care home
  • Hold OFSTED registration for children's home
  • Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
  • Build and develop staff team
  • Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
  • Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
  • Manage staff team within the service
  • Manage recruitment and staffing
  • Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures
  • Manage quality assurance
  • Manage budget
