  • Build positive, respectful relationships, offering emotional and practical support.

  • Support young people in educational and extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports for reviews and planning meetings.
  • Advocate for young peoples rights, fostering active involvement in their life decisions.

Teamwork and Conduct:

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold a supportive, respectful work environment.
  • Attend team meetings, contributing positively and sharing constructive feedback.
  • Uphold policies and procedures, ensuring safeguarding and child protection protocols are strictly followed.

Environment and Resource Management:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment, ensuring Health and Safety standards are met.
  • Encourage community engagement, supporting young people in building social connections.
  • Participate in administration and reporting as required by management.
