Role - Senior Support Worker - Female
Based - Clayton Le Woods, Chorley
Permanent, full time either 35 or 40 hours per week
Various shifts patterns between 8am - 10pm
Salary - NVQ Level 2 £14.32 or NVQ Level 3 £15.25 per hour

The role is to support adults aged 18+ who have learning disabilities and profound needs.

Responsibilities include
Supervise care team to provide effective care and support to adult residents
Provide effective care and support to adult residents
Lead and supervise staff to provide day to day care
Assist manager with rotas ensuring a good mix of support workers
Create care plans
Ensure environment is risk managed and safeguarding is in place
Experience required
1 year minimum working as Senior role in this setting
NVQ Level 3 desirable
Must be a car driver
