P4 Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Senior Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities in Clayton Le Woods, Chorley.
The position is permanent and full-time, offering either 35 or 40 hours per week with various shift patterns from 8am to 10pm.
The salary for this role is £14.32 per hour for NVQ Level 2 and £15.25 per hour for NVQ Level 3 qualifications.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Senior role within a similar setting, and an NVQ Level 3 is desirable.
A valid driving license is also necessary for this position, which focuses on providing fulfilling lives for residents through respectful and caring support.

Role - Senior Support Worker - Female

Based - Clayton Le Woods, Chorley

Permanent, full time either 35 or 40 hours per week

Various shifts patterns between 8am - 10pm

Salary - NVQ Level 2 £14.32 or NVQ Level 3 £15.25 per hour

The role is to support adults aged 18+ who have learning disabilities and profound needs.

Responsibilities include

Supervise care team to provide effective care and support to adult residents

Provide effective care and support to adult residents

Lead and supervise staff to provide day to day care

Assist manager with rotas ensuring a good mix of support workers

Create care plans

Ensure environment is risk managed and safeguarding is in place

Experience required

1 year minimum working as Senior role in this setting

NVQ Level 3 desirable

Must be a car driver
