Search Consultancy are currently recruiting experienced Service Managers to work for a learning disability service based in Chorley for one of the leading non-profit healthcare providers in the UK.
The suitable candidates will:
* Have great communication skills
* Must be compassionate and caring
* Be a dynamic leader who is committed to the best quality of service.
* You will be an excellent problem solver
* Have worked a minimum of 5 years recent experience in a healthcare setting.
* Have a minimum 2 years experience of managing a team of support workers
* Have experience with delegation and organising a rota
* Have of safeguarding procedures
* Have a flexible approach towards work.
All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check and we require a minimum of two satisfactory employment references. Although shifts are offered on an ad hoc basis, work is constantly ongoing. (AGY)
