SEN TA - Chorley:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in an excellent Primary school in Chorley, supporting children in small groups or on a 1-1 basis. The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting children with SEN. You will need to confident supporting students in small groups or on a 1-1 basis and a basic knowledge of the general KS2 curriculum.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • End date: Ongoing
  • Minimum rate of pay: £85per day (dependant on experience)

Experience, Training and Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding training in the last year (desirable but training can be provided)
  • Previous experience working with SEND is essential
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is essential

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
