Prospero Teaching are looking for a Special Needs Teacher to start within a specialist vibrant and supportive SEND School based in Chorley. The role is to start in January 2025, and will run for the academic year. The school caters for those with a variety of social, emotional, physical, and learning difficulties, including autism and visual impairment.

The school are looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic class teacher who will join a dedicated team. We require a teacher with a passion for teaching and the ability to grow, nurture and develop children.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year is desirable but not essential as Prospero Teaching offer free a course.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
