Position: Cruise Travel Consultant

Salary: up to £30,000 base plus commission

Location: Chorley but can offer remote working


Are you an experienced travel consultant with experience of selling luxury cruise holidays across ocean, river, and expidition forms? Now is your opportunity to join the fastest growing luxury cruise travel agency in the UK, as they seek to expand their team.

They have a what can only be described as a stunning Head Office in Chorley, Lancashire, however they are open to remote working for anyone who is based farther afield in the UK.

Having recently been invited to join exclusive the Signature Travel Network, it is their focus on providing industry leading customer service that is one of the secrets to their success. Through evocative marketing that captures the customers hearts, you will will be provided a source of inbound leads to follow up.

Now is your time to shine where your specialist knowledge and friendly personality enable you to curate the perfect luxury cruise holiday for your customer, where nothing is too much trouble and no detail is overlooked.

The focus is very much on quality over quantity, allowing you to build long-lasting relationships with your customers meaning they'll come back to you year after year.

As well as a base salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience there is the opportunity to earn great uncapped commission bonuses. The top performers are earning an extra £1,000 - £2,000 a month.

The hours of work are 40 per week (9.00 - 17.30 or 10.30 - 19.00) across 5 days with any later shifts or weekends done on a flexible working rota basis.

Experience needed:

  • Minimum of one years of experience in cruise sales, ideally luxury cruises
  • A track record of outstanding sales results
  • A flexible individual who can work in a team
  • A solid understanding of basic mathematics
  • Customer focused with a relentless approach to providing our customers with a world class pre and post booking experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
