Are you an expert in Painting and Decorating with experience supporting students or apprentices?

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Painting & Decorating Tutor to join the Construction department. In this exciting role you will have responsibility for Delivering teaching and learning to our Paint and Decorating students across level 1-2.

Day-to-day role of a Painting and Decorating Lecturer:

  • To provide all our learners with the very best knowledge and to break down any barriers to learning. 
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in Paint and Decorating to students ranging from beginners to advanced levels. 
  • This role is ideal for those looking to share their knowledge, mentor future tradespeople, and make a real impact.
  • You will deliver engaging lessons, assess students’ progress, and provide them with the hands-on skills needed to excel in their careers.

Required skills & Qualifications:

  • Hold a full teaching qualification (such as a PGCE, DTTLS or Cert Ed)
  • Be qualified to teach up to Level 3 in Painting and Decorating.
  • Have teaching experience (ideally within Further Education Level 1 to Level 3)
