The position requires a candidate with all-round transactional experience and the ability to support the Management Accountant.
Key responsibilities include transactional duties, bank reconciliations, reporting, and cashbook management.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with Sage 200, have AAT studying, and be able to start within the next two weeks.

REED Accountancy and Finance are working on behalf of a well known brand based in Christchurch recruiting a Finance Officer.

Due to continued growth and a recent merger our client is recruiting a key member of the small finance team to support the current Management Accountant. This position would suit a candidate with all round transactional experience with the benefit of offering great variety in the role. Please see details below

Finance Officer

Full Time 8.30am - 5pm (some hybrid working on offer)

Christchurch

Role:

Transactional duties (PL / SL), Bank Reconciliations, Reporting into the Management Accountant, Cashbook etc

Other duties as directed by the MA.

Requirements

- Ideally to be able to start within the next two weeks

- Familiarity with Sage 200

- All rounder accounts experience and able to demonstrate capability

- Team player to work within a small team

- AAT Studying
