As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the business. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can manage complex financial structures and lead a finance team.
Qualifications and skills
- You must be qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience managing financial operations for multiple entities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of driving digital transformation, process optimisations and software improvements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
