A fantastic opportunity for a Bookkeeper looking to work circa 16 hours per week, undertaking all aspects of bookkeeping for a small company. Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Inputting and coding purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Matching purchase orders
- Supplier reconciliations
- Processing supplier BAC's payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with sub-contractor payments
- Monitoring cashflow, reporting to Director on balances in accounts, invoices due to be paid or received, etc
- Use of Sage Accounts software
The company is flexible regarding how the hours for this role are spread to suit the correct candidate. You will need strong previous experience using Sage software.
