NET Recruit is searching the market for an Operations Director to join a large consumer leisure business operating just in the New Forest area.  You RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Leading operations within the given category to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Developing strategies to maintain a high level of standards for safety, efficiency and customer service
  • Taking accountability for any certifications or operational requirements
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
  • Managing the operational budget, monitoring financial efficiency and ensuring that performance targets are achieved
  • Motivating the operations teams to deliver high quality services and foster a culture of excellence
  • Spearheading contingency planning and business continuity to ensure usual operations can be completed under emergency conditions
  • Support strategic planning and decisions making

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience handling strategic leadership within a regulated operational environment
  • Excellent financial acumen and exposure to managing costs
  • Fantastic communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Good leadership experience and management of a team
  • Exposure to managing compliance and safety management systems
