Are you a great communicator with a passion for customer service? Join a small team as a Call Centre Representative and help reconnect with lapsed customers. You will be connecting customers that have previously purchased products from the business and are aware of their products.
Responsibilities of a Call Centre Representative:
- Contact lapsed clients who have previously purchased products
- Build and maintain relationships with customers over the phone
- Understand customer needs and promote relevant products
- Record customer interactions and update the database
