Are you a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director with a passion for growth marketing and customer acquisition? We're partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce brand seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to take their expansion to the next level.

The Role

As Marketing Director, you'll take full ownership of customer acquisition and marketing strategy, managing a talented team while still remaining hands-on in execution. Your role will focus on scaling and optimising existing channels, exploring new opportunities for growth, and ensuring that marketing spend delivers strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of growth marketers, fostering a data-driven approach to customer
  • Operate as a "player-manager"-leading strategically while still being hands-on in
  • Scale and optimise successful marketing channels, including Creator partnerships (podcasts, YouTube, email newsletters), Event sponsorships (e.g., endurance sports events), Brand collaborations with major industry
  • Explore and test new scalable marketing channels, including paid performance marketing (Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, PPC).
  • Manage customer acquisition budgets and report key performance metrics to the leadership
  • Work closely with PR and Amazon agencies to maximise brand exposure and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to develop marketing assets that drive
  • Optimise the website and customer journey in collaboration with the Web Development team to enhance conversion

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience - at least 3+ years as a Marketing Director within a direct- to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brand, ideally within the endurance sports
  • Growth marketing expertise - a track record of successfully scaling customer acquisition through digital
  • Analytical mindset - strong numerical skills and experience tracking marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROI/ROAS, and
  • Experience in UX and conversion optimisation - briefing landing pages and user journey
  • Agency management - experience managing external PR and Amazon
  • Passion for endurance sports - a strong advantage if you understand the mindset of endurance
