Position: Paralegal/Conveyancer/Solicitor Salary: Market rate Location: Bournemouth I’m looking to speak with Conveyancing professionals interested in a joining the growing Property Department of a Bournemouth based firm. Working alongside a dedicated and supportive conveyancing team of 6, you will report directly to the Partner, a highly skilled and respected practitioner. The client base is primarily local, providing a consistent and diverse caseload. You will have experience in residential property and be capable of managing your own caseload as a Fee Earner, whether as a Paralegal, CILEx or Solicitor. You should be comfortable working within a small team and adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.In this role, you will handle client matters, ensuring cases progress smoothly and clients are kept fully informed about costs and developments. You will also be responsible for meeting billing targets of around £120,000 per annum, with the support of dedicated staff, and will be rewarded with a discretionary bonus.
