Our client is a well-established and respected Hearing Healthcare company with branches nationwide. We are working with them to recruit a Customer Service Representative for their Christchurch branch.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers as well as providing hearing solutions and advice backed by first class customer service.

We’re looking for a well-presented, friendly and confident person with a natural desire to help. Someone who makes conversation easily and is excellent at thinking on their feet.

You will need to have a clear speaking voice and be a good listener, have genuine empathy and a lot of patience in order to provide assistance, advice and resolve any enquiry in a timely manner.

In addition, you’ll be pro-active, have excellent written and computer skills, an ability to organise your time effectively and a keen eye for detail.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers both in Centre and via phone
  • Provide information and support on hearing loss and solutions
  • Data Entry, Diary and Database Management
  • Responsible for Reception area ensuring it is presented to a high standard at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent listening skills and natural empathy
  • Positive 'can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Well-organised and able to multi-task
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft

As part of the organisation, you will receive:
