Are you a CAD Technician or similar from a furniture background who is proficient in AutoCAD looking for a varied and exciting role within a growing, in-demand family-owned business who offers a lively but dedicated work environment?
This successful family-owned company is looking to bolster their already skillful workforce with a proficient AutoCAD designer. They design and manufacture bespoke furniture for various industries within hospitality meaning that no two drawings will be the same.
Your role will involve working with the Design Team following briefs delivered by the Project Manager. The purpose of this role is not only to design interesting furniture but to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
To be considered you must be a CAD Technician or similar who is proficient in AutoCAD with a background in interior or furniture design.
The Role
- Produce designs briefed by the project manager from clientele
- Interpret and advise on briefs and turn them into reality
- Working in a tight-knit team liaising with the other departments within the company
- Technical development alongside skilled designers
- 9am - 5pm (flexible start and finish times)

- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Furniture or interior background
- Commutable to Christchurch
