We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented Senior Administrator/Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic and highly skilled team.The ideal candidate should be driven, with an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, competitive industry, with the ability to show initiative, and a desire to constantly improve.

The salary on offer will be dependent on experience and perceived ability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with our talented E-commerce team on related E-commerce operations
  • Various administrative and analytical tasks related to online marketplace trading

Skill set required:

  • Previous experience or qualifications in E-commerce and Amazon would be an advantage.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data to make key decisions
  • Expertise in Excel and/or Google Sheets, e.g. formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formats, index match, macros, auto-filter
  • A high standard of English and Mathematics
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Motivated and capable of showing initiative
  • Team player with a professional willing and cooperative attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
