Description
- Direct and manage a portfolio of audit clients
- Ensure all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide guidance and supervision to audit team members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and standards
- Use CCH and My Working Places software effectively
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning
Profile
A successful Audit Manager or Assistant Manager should have:
- A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in CCH and My Working Places software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in managing audit teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of the professional services industry
- Exceptional attention to detail
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the region of £45,000 - £70,000 per annum
