- Lead and manage a team of three management accountants, ensuring accurate and timely outputs.
- Manage the financial reporting, period-end close process and deliver insightful management accounts and MI packs for Board review.
- Coordinate and consolidate the annual budget and mid-year re-forecast, working with stakeholders across the business.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making, such as profitability assessments, cost evaluations, and business case preparation.
- Stakeholder engagement, partnering with senior business leaders to manage expenditure and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Full accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex financial models.
- Strong background in period-end processes, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop a team.
- Commercial mindset, analytical and solutions-focused, with a proactive approach to delivering insights.
