Mbf are working with a dynamic, medium sized, Chartered & fully Independent Financial Planning practice to recruit an additional IFA Administrator. As our client continues to grow, they are looking for a dedicated and detailed-orientated IFA Administrator to join their team.

Role Overview:

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of their services. Your organisational skills and keen attention to detail will help to maintain their high standards and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors
  • Preparing client correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Managing client records and ensuring all information is up-to-date
  • Assisting with the preparation of client review meetings
  • Processing new business applications and following up on any outstanding requirements
  • Liaising with product providers and clients to resolve any queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

About You:

  • Previous experience in an IFA Administrator or similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
