This is a great opportunity for a freelance General Foreman to join a highly regarded contractor specialising in the Water sector. Through a recently secured framework, my client is working on a 70m upgrade of a Water Treatment Plant in Dorset and will have work until at least 2030.
As General Foreman you will:
- Be responsible for managing operatives and subcontractors, ensuring programme deadlines are met.
- Manage health and safety standards are upheld on site.
- Keep site diaries, daily allocations sheets, plant sheets, issue permits etc.
- Give daily briefings and conduct inductions and toolbox talks.
Our client requires a General Foreman with:
- Experience of working on civil engineering schemes
- CSCS Gold/Black card, SMSTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary/Benefits:
375-425 PAYE Umbrella
