Reed Recruitment (Southampton branch) are recruiting for a full-time permanent Groundwork Ganger for our client based in Christchurch, Dorset. Our client specialises in all aspects of groundworks from patios, driveways, foundations and drainage. Their clients include well established main contractors as well as private domestic clients. All work is generally local within the Dorset region.
The role:
The role is fully hands and you will be leading a small team of 3 or 4 groundworkers on our clients projects. This client will has indicated that they are able to provide ongoing training and certification to their staff.
Essential requirements:
- Ganger/Working Foreman or Working Supervisor experience leading small teams.
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS card
- NRSWA - street works
- CPCS OR NPORS 360 excavator card
Advantageous accreditations:
- Temporary works certificate
- Dumper/Roller tickets
- Abrasive Wheels
- First Aid
