We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our Clients Property Maintenance Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions and has a passion for maintaining grounds to a high standard.
Day-to-day of the role:- Perform general grounds maintenance on estates, play areas, and properties.
- Tasks include grass cutting, strimming, pruning, weeding, spraying, hedge cutting, turfing, seeding, and clearing paths.
- Work a 40-hour week from October to April (8am to 4:30pm) and a 45-hour week from May to September (8am to 5:30pm), with the opportunity to claim additional hours as overtime.
- Experience in general grounds maintenance.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent service to customers.
- Knowledge of health & safety best practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Valid driving licence with a minimum of 1 year’s driving experience to occasionally drive a company van.
- This role is subject to a satisfactory DVLA licence check and a basic DBS disclosure.
