Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Leadership: Take a leading role in project managing the onboarding of new staff, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new team members.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement structured HR policies across the business to align with best practices and support company growth.
  • HR Administration: Manage all HR administration within the business, including:
  • Scheduling and documenting team and circular appraisals.
  • Collaborating with legal support to produce job contracts, NDAs, and other essential documentation.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing HR for a similar-sized organisation (40-60 employees).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
