Our client based in Christchurch has an immediate requirement for 5 Customer Claims Processors to join their busy team on a temporary basis (short term and temp to perm opportunities available).

The primary responsibility will be accurately assessing claims in line with policy terms and conditions, ensuring that valid claims are paid promptly and without unnecessary delay. There are no inbound calls involved, but you must be comfortable making outbound calls as you may need to speak directly with customers.

Previous insurance claims, customer service and/or administrative experience is desirable, but full training will be given. You must be highly organised and able to work under pressure with good attention to detail, able to multi-task switching between claims, customer emails and calls and have excellent written and verbal communication.

The positions are offered initially on a temporary basis, and successful candidates must be able to start work on Wednesday 22nd January 2025. There are realistic chances for permanent employment for candidates who show the right attitude and aptitude.

You will have a standard 40-hour week working Monday to Friday, and the starting pay rate will be £12.02 per hour.
