Integrated Logistics Support Lead - Hybrid

A fantastic opportunity to lead ILS activities for a globally successful company on a high-profile project. We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Lead with expertise in the defence and electronics industries. While SC clearance is hugely desirable, candidates with BPSS clearance may be considered (UK nationals, British-born only).

Job Title: Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead

Pay Rate: £60 per hour PAYE

Hours: 37 hours per week

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)

Office Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Contract Duration: 7 months (potential extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead for all ILS activities, including customer liaison.
• Own reliability and maintainability analysis, spares/repairs planning, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage ILS solutions across product support, design interface, sustaining engineering, supply support, and maintenance planning.
• Create and maintain ILS documentation (e.g., GFx Plan, Disposal Plan, Obsolescence Management Plan).
• Support activities like Log Demonstrations, scoping proposals, incident sentencing boards, and working groups.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Defence/electronics industry background.
• Reliability and maintainability analysis and prediction.
• Experience with ILS documentation, spares and repairs modelling, technical publications (AESPs & IETPs), and ILS bid preparation.
• Familiarity with standards and processes in ILS/RM&T activities.
• SC clearance preferred; BPSS candidates considered.
