A global Defence client is looking to bring onboard a Security Cleared Mechanical Design Engineer to support a long-term project. The ideal candidate will come from a similar industry and be well versed with Electronics, CFD and FEA.

The successful candidate will be tasked with providing hardware engineering support (This will include producing CAD drawings)

Must have skills:

Transferable security clearance (SC)

Proven background working as a Mechanical Design Engineer Using Siemens NX or SolidWorks

Experience of designing sheet metal/machined parts and assemblies

Strong communication skills

Understanding of Electronics

Degree educated in Manufacturing discipline
