The purpose of this job
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the manufacturing team in producing high-quality aerospace components, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimising production efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Your responsibilities as a Manufacturing Supervisor will include:
- Meet production goals – track and report
- Monitor and control scheduled performance (KPI’s)
- Proactively resolve delays and potential delays and escalate where necessary
- Liaise with Planners over shortages, delivery dates and/or special requirements Ensure adequate capacity and versatility maintained to meet the plan requirements
- Ensure the business complies with good practice and Health &
- Maintain an up-to-date view of operations
- Provide leadership support to resolve issues
- Troubleshoot issues and problems and resolve
- Proactively seek ideas and suggestions and implement corrective actions and improvements
- Proactively lead the team and individuals
- Lead individual performance in their day-to-day duties
- Implement company people management processes
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have:
- Experience within production and manufacturing
- Experience with people management
- Competent with IT systems using Microsoft office
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to take ownership
- Capable of forward planning and good time management
