PROJECT DELIVERY LEAD

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Project Delivery Lead you will work with the FM Project Manager and commercial team, and the wider business to deliver projects of differing in value and complexity, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest possible standards of safety and quality and compliance.

We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead with strong demonstrable experience of leading a team with history of successful delivery of projects up to 2m in value. Sound understanding of construction phase H&S, Business-Critical systems, and Change Management Procedures with SMSTS, First AID, Membership to the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH) or equivalent, NVQ Level 2-3 inElectrical orMechanical Discipline.

To be successful in the role you will have strong interpersonal, problem solving and site management skills, be someone who can demonstrate the ability to plan, monitor & manage the business functions and project delivery whilst aligning the delivery of the overall business strategy.
