What’s the role?
The role is for a Lettings Property Manager to look after a fully managed portfolio of just under 100 properties in and around the Highcliffe area of Dorset. The company are a prestigious brand and they’re looking for someone able to deliver a high-quality service to their customers. Responsibilities are what you’d expect as an experienced Property Manager - ad hoc and planned maintenance, Inspections, Gas Safeties etc.

The company have a professional but relaxed working environment where staff are supported and listened to. You won’t be micro-managed but left to do your job with support readily available when you need it. An opportunity to work closely with the owner who is open to innovation and change. If you’ve got a good idea how to improve things, you’ll be listened to.
Benefits:
- £25k to £30k Depending on experience
- Monday to Friday - Very occasional Saturdays
- Summer & Christmas social events
