The Role -
- Managing the bars at the venue
- Supervising and encouraging junior member staff
- Training, recruitment and development of the front of house team
- Driving sales and achieving targets
- Hands on, floor based role
The Person -
- Outgoing friendly and professional
- Good knowledge of food and wine, cocktails
- Already working in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant to AA rosette service levels
- Good knowledge of standards
- Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
