Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Members Club in Christchurch who are looking for a Bar Manager to join their team.

As the Bar Manager you will be given control over a large part of the hospitality function on site, delivering exceptional service to your guests and giving training to the team. You will have autonomy over the bar function and will be able to bring new ideas to the business.

What's involved?
As a Bar Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of the bar including staff rotas, cost control, health & safety regulations and other daily tasks.
You will also be able to get involved with planning events and functions help at the club, bringing your passion for hospitality to the club members.
