We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Studies/Economics Teacher to join our secondary school in Christchurch. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to Key Stage 4 and 5 students, inspiring them to achieve their full potential in both Business Studies and Economics. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies and Economics for GCSE and A-Level students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative curriculum materials and share best practices
• Prepare students for exams and ensure they meet or exceed expected academic outcomes
• Participate in extracurricular activities, including clubs, workshops, and trips related to Business and Economics
• Engage with parents and carers to communicate student progress and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Business Studies and Economics at secondary level, particularly at GCSE and A-Level
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment
• Ability to start immediately and commit to a full-time teaching role
