About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting students in achieving their educational goals. Responsibilities:
- Implementing behaviour management strategies effectively.
- Providing targeted support to students to help manage and improve behaviour.

Requirements:
- Previous experience of working with children or young people, particularly in managing challenging behaviours.
