- Adults with complex needs
- Adults with Learning Difficulties
- Adults with Autism
- Adults in Supported Living
- Adults Residential care
We are looking for exceptional candidates with a proven track record within the sector.
You will be passionate, resilient and empathetic. Ideally, you will have experience in caseload management, community engagement, drug and alcohol awareness, mental health awareness, signposting and working with 3rd parties.

Duties of a Support Worker:
- Providing hands-on support in accommodation and community-based settings
- Building positive relationships and offering tailored support
- Managing day-to-day tasks, such as rent collection, health and safety checks, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Playing a key role in enabling people to achieve positive outcomes in health, safety, personal achievement, and economic well-being.
