We are currently recruiting for several clients throughout Dorset for Support Workers within the following areas:

  • Adults with complex needs
  • Adults with Learning Difficulties
  • Adults with Autism
  • Adults in Supported Living
  • Adults Residential care

We are looking for exceptional candidates with a proven track record within the sector.
You will be passionate, resilient and empathetic. Ideally, you will have experience in caseload management, community engagement, drug and alcohol awareness, mental health awareness, signposting and working with 3rd parties.

Duties of a Support Worker:
