Position: Full-Time SEN Teacher
Start Date: January 2025

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are an innovative alternative provision in Christchurch seeking a dedicated and inspiring Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team in January.

You will be responsible for teaching secondary age pupils across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students

  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with children with special educational needs

  • The ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for learning
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
