To be successful in the Income Officer role you'll need:
- Experience in Income management and debt recovery/collection, including negotiating payment arrangements, providing welfare benefit and money advice and preparing applications for court.
- Knowledge and experience of either social housing, home ownership or the private rented sector
- A working knowledge of welfare benefits
- Effective decision making skills, a confidential approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
