Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage composite manufacturing teams on diverse projects, including marine, rail, and architectural applications.
  • Collaborate with the Composite Design Department to interpret and clarify technical production drawings.
  • Oversee the lamination process, including de-moulding, assembling parts, and conducting quality inspections.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are operational, promptly reporting any issues.
  • Manage resources effectively, coordinating with the Production Coordinator and Planner.
  • Train and motivate team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3-5 years in boat building, marine, aerospace, or a related manufacturing field, with strong expertise in composite materials and processes.
  • Leadership: At least 2 years of proven experience managing and inspiring teams in a hands-on production environment.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
