A well-established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Rugby. This is a permanent position focused on delivering commercial and industrial projects to high standards, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial and industrial electrical projects.
Maintain client relationships and liaise with supply chain partners and on-site teams.
Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are followed, including development and management of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
Manage project finances, including budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure quality and compliance.
Lead and brief project personnel, including subcontractors and on-site teams.
Prepare and submit as-installed documentation.
Experience & Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing electrical packages on commercial and industrial projects.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certified.
IOSH Managing Safely certification (preferred).
