Our Teaching Assistants play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or

permanent basis. The role of a Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning and preparation,

however strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.

The successful Teaching Assisstant will have:

• CACHE LEVEL 2/3 OR 6 months experience

• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged

• Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different

age ranges daily
