Sous Chef - Busy County Hotel- Great career opportunity
Our client is a busy Country Hotel in the Cinderford & Coleford area who are recruiting a Sous Chef. You will be working with all fresh produce ro prepare a la carte restaurant meals to AA rosette levels as well as weddings and functions. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and mange service and encourage junior chefs in the Head Chef's absence. The role is 45 hours a week. The hotel restaurant is open for Dinner service only with lounge service at lunchtime.

The Role
- Preparing meals for restaurant and functions using seasonal produce
- Running service in Head Chef's absence
- Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene

- Already a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy AA rosette kitchen
- Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
- Capable and able to work unsupervised
