TSR is partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a multi-skilled Fabric Engineer with expertise in basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance duties, including plastering, painting, and decorating.
What You'll Be Doing:Perform general fabric maintenance duties across various commercial sites, including basic plumbing and electrical work.Carry out tasks such as plastering, painting, and decorating to maintain the building's fabric.Respond to reactive maintenance requests, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.Conduct PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Work independently or within a team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
