Located just outside Cinderford,this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, growth, and impact.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in managing the Environment, Health, and Safety Management system across multiple sites.
- Carry out proactive and reactive EHS inspections, audits, and Gembas.
- Lead accident and incident investigations, reporting findings to enhance workplace safety.
- Support in maintaining legal compliance through risk assessment and CoSHH management programmes.
- Contribute to maintaining EHS accreditations and advise on minimizing environmental and safety risks.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programmes and conduct internal audits.
What You Will Bring:
- Level 4 Occupational Health and Safety qualification, with a passion for a career within Health & Safety.
- Proven experience within an audit environment and strong computer literacy.
- Exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible approach with the willingness to work out of hours as required.
