TS Recruitment are working with a nationwide facilities management company, who are looking to add Building Services Engineer's to their ranks to cover South East London & Central London.
You will be responsible for managing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.
Requirements:
路 Prior experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.
路 Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
路 Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, even under pressure.
路 Possession of a Level 2 qualification in air conditioning/refrigeration or Level 3 in Electrical Installation + 18th Edition or plumbing level 2..
