Key Responsibilities:
- Bring a multi-skilled approach to building services, with qualifications in plumbing, air conditioning, gas, or electrical installation (Level 3, plus 18th Edition)
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties
- Provide exceptional service while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude
- Work independently or as part of a team to resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols
