My client, a leading manufacturer of materials handling solutions in Cinderford, Gloucestershire, is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join their team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in TIG welding, particularly with stainless steel up to 15mm, and be able to interpret engineering diagrams.
Applicants must be located within a commutable distance of Cinderford and have previous welding experience, preferably in TIG techniques.
The salary for this position ranges from £16.00 to £18.00 per hour, with additional benefits including 31 days of holiday and a pension plan.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, and familiarity with stick welding is considered advantageous.

Welder / Fabricator Job Overview

Undertaking TIG Welding process, ensuring high quality welds
Assemble and fabricate components in line with customers specifications and Engineering drawings
Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
Inspecting finished products for quality assurance
Operating hands tools and power tools throughout the welding process

Welder / Fabricator Job Requirements

Previous welding experience is a must, ideally in TIG techniques
A Familiarity with Stick Welding would be advantageous
Experience Welding and Fabricating Stainless Stell from 1mm up to 15mm
Able to ready and interpret Engineering drawings
Based within a commutable distance of Cinderford

Welder / Fabricator Salary & Benefits

Hourly rate £16:00 - £18:00 per hour
31 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
